hye... do you like dodol, I like dodol....
I like dodol since I can eat, hehe..
dodol is a traditional Malay food made from gula melaka, santan kelapa, and others, hehe..
traditional dodol, you need to prepared it on kawah with a lot of people need to make it...
2-3 person to kacau the dodol, n others to help them...
making traditional dodol is really hard cause sometime you need to make it from day to eve..
you need to kacau the dodol so that it become stikcy until it turn to brown color...
until it become sticky, you need to kacau it and it really tiring, so making dodol really need lots of people...
ok, now is a modern tech world, so my mom prepared me a DELICIOUS dodol using microwave...
you need to try it, why, it fast, simple yet still delicious...
just need 8-10 minute to prepare this, and I tell you end product is like the traditional...
different is, to prepared it just using microwave, and as for my mom, she only use a little amount of sugar to make it less sweet, because, you already have gula melaka, and of course, less sugar for your health...
so, dont forget to try it, my mum got this recipe from Karangkraf Cook Book, title, Masakan Microwave...I guess....hehe
